Supporting a Functional County Council Body
When our County Council fails to support necessary measures, it slows progress and increases expenses. We need a collaborative Council that prioritizes growth and equips both departments and the community for success.
Criminal Justice Center (Not Just a Jail...)
Since the Allen County Jail will ultimately be built, let’s use this opportunity to create a Criminal Justice Center that will focus on the needs of our community for the next few decades. We can’t fix an issue from the 1980’s without looking forward to the 2080’s.

The complex reality is that we must make significant changes to Allen County's Criminal Justice System. A new jail is just the start - it must also address mental health, substance abuse, and security concerns. By working together with organizations and agencies, we can create a facility that meets current and future needs. My track record proves collaboration is key - sticking to old methods won't bring new results.
